Single-level home on a quiet Enchanted Lake street, held by the same family since it was built. Original hardwood under the carpet in the bedrooms, a kitchen that has been updated once and could take another, and a lot with room for the addition the neighbors have all done.

Cross-ventilation through the length of the house means the AC rarely runs. Five minutes to Kailua town, eight to the beach park.
