Hoʻopili is a master-planned community in West Oʻahu. D.R. Horton describes a mix of single-family and condominium homes. Begin by deciding which type fits your needs, then compare the actual property, parking, outdoor space and monthly costs.
The community association explains that some subdistricts have their own association and governing documents in addition to the master association. Request the documents and fee breakdown for the exact home. Do not assume the costs or responsibilities from one Hoʻopili listing apply to another.
New construction and resale offer different choices. Ask what is included in the particular home, what remains to be completed, and which dates and terms appear in writing. Compare the total recurring cost alongside the purchase price; a floor plan alone cannot tell you which option fits your budget.
The association describes a community planned around gathering places, recreation and walking and cycling connections. For a purchase decision, separate facilities already available to that home from future plans. Visit the exact block and confirm access, rules and any construction nearby.
The City lists Honouliuli–Hoʻopili and Keoneʻae–UH West Oʻahu stations, with park-and-ride information for both. Try the complete journey at your usual travel time, including parking or walking to the station and the final connection. A station nearby is useful information, not a guaranteed commute time.
The search linked here uses “Hoopili” to find matching MLS listings, including subcommunity names. Developer releases may not all appear in the MLS. The market table reports the wider ʻEwa Plain, so use it as area context and compare specific homes before drawing a pricing conclusion.

Market activity in ʻEwa Plain: July 2026
Single-family homes and condos move on different clocks, so they are reported separately. A dash means the report recorded no closed sales that month — not a figure we are missing. And read the closed-sales row before you read any percentage above it: in a month with only a handful of sales, a change of several hundred percent is arithmetic rather than a trend, which is what the year-to-date rows are there to settle.
