For over 6 years, Jenifer Palacay has served as the Executive Assistant to Daniel Ulu and a core member of The Ulu Team. Her role is critical to the daily success of our operations, helping ensure that every client, listing, and team member gets the support they need to succeed. Jenifer is the ultimate behind-the-scenes powerhouse—organized, reliable, and always two steps ahead.
As Executive Assistant, Jenifer wears many hats. She manages Daniel’s calendar and communications, keeping meetings, calls, and priorities in order. She plays a key role in transaction coordination, handling the details from listing prep through closing. This includes working with vendors, reviewing paperwork, tracking deadlines, and making sure all pieces come together on time.
Jenifer also helps execute marketing tasks, maintains our internal systems and database, and ensures a smooth client experience by supporting follow-up, email communication, and task management. Whether she’s coordinating team meetings, preparing listing materials, or helping plan events, Jenifer keeps everything running with precision and care.
